1. Refund Policy for Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of our products (PDFs and ebooks), they cannot be “returned.” Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges once a product has been purchased and the download link has been made available. All sales are considered final.
We strongly encourage you to review the product descriptions and previews carefully before making a purchase.
2. Exceptions
We will consider a refund only in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Incorrect File: If you received a download link for a book different from the one you purchased.
- Corrupt or Inaccessible File: If the digital file is corrupt and cannot be opened or accessed, and we are unable to provide you with a working version.
To be eligible for a refund under these conditions, you must contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase, providing your order number and a clear description of the issue. We reserve the right to verify the issue before a refund is approved.
3. Cancellation Policy
Since our products are delivered instantly upon purchase, orders cannot be canceled once the payment is complete and the download link has been generated.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the exceptions above, please email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Refund Request: Order #[Your Order Number]”. In your email, please include:
- Your Order Number.
- The name of the ebook purchased.
- A detailed explanation of the issue (e.g., “Received wrong file,” “File is corrupt”).
We will review your request and get back to you within 3-5 business days.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
